This Privacy Policy explains how Glitch, a sports technology product operated by Otaku Labs Inc. (“Glitch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit tryglitch.com, join a waitlist, or use the Glitch app and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

• Contact information you provide to join a waitlist or create an account, such as your email address and/or mobile phone number.
• Account information from the sign-in provider you use, such as the name and email address associated with your account.
• Sports preferences and activity, such as teams, leagues, games, picks, topics, and content you view, follow, save, or interact with.
• AI interactions, including prompts, questions, feedback, and responses associated with conversational or AI-assisted features.
• Usage and device information, including how you interact with the Services and device, browser, diagnostic, and approximate location data collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Subscription information made available by Apple, such as subscription status and product identifiers. We do not receive your complete payment-card information from Apple.

How we use your information

• To operate, provide, personalize, and improve the Services.
• To generate sports feeds, recommendations, analysis, and AI-assisted responses.
• To send transactional messages about waitlist status, account activity, subscriptions, service changes, and support requests.
• To understand usage, diagnose problems, and develop new features.
• To protect against fraud, abuse, and security risks and comply with law.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Glitch about early access and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOPand reply HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using Glitch.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share mobile information only with vendors that help us deliver the messaging service and only as needed to send the messages you requested.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that process data on our behalf, such as providers of hosting, analytics, authentication, customer support, messaging, sports data, subscriptions, and AI services. They may use the information only to provide services to us and are subject to applicable confidentiality and security obligations.
• For legal and safety reasons to comply with law, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests or to protect our rights, users, and the public.
• In a business transfer in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy and applicable law.

AI features

Information you submit to AI-assisted features may be processed by our AI service providers to generate responses and operate those features. Do not include sensitive personal information in prompts or chat messages. We may review interactions and feedback to enforce our policies, investigate issues, and improve the quality and safety of the Services.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business, safety, and legal purposes. Retention periods depend on the type of information, why we use it, and applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

• Texts: reply STOP to opt out at any time.
• Account deletion: use the deletion option in Glitch settings or contact us for assistance.
• Access and correction: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under law.

Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Third-party services

The Services may link to or interoperate with third-party services, such as Apple, authentication providers, and sports-data providers. Their handling of information you provide directly to them is governed by their own privacy policies.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above.
